30 and 50 amp Hookups are available at each spot. Cost of electricity is included in long term leases.
Internet
The entire park has access to Wifi at no extra cost. Your connectivity is important to us.
Boat Ramp And Recreational Area Access
There is public boat ramp access located directly across RR255E at the Sam Collins Forse Recreation Area, as is full access to the many other amenities available there. Enjoy the beautiful beaches and trails there, just a short walk away. There is also a new playground for the kids!
Septic And Trash Service
We have an advanced aerobics septic system hookups included at all spots. No individual septic or dump tanks, no funky smells, no trouble.
We also offer on-site trash pickup so you don't have to bother with that whether you stay short or long term.
Water
Well water is included at no cost. Pure, clean, crisp and filtered water void of any additives or chemicals.
Community Building
( under construction)
We are currently constructing a community area for residents that will be located in the building on the property. We are working on adding washers and dryers, vending machines, and a pool table with a lounge area.
